FOTD | Urban Decay Naked Basics


Hi ladies! Today I'm reviewing my current favorite eyeshadow palette: Urban Decay Naked Basics.
This little palette contains six neutral eyeshadows, one satin (Venus) and five matte (Foxy, W.O.S, Naked 2, Faint and Crave) all of them are divine.
The packaging is soft and silky and the palette itself is not bigger than an iphone, which surprised me as I was waiting for something bigger. However, it did not dissapoint me as it is perfect for travelling (huge mirror!).
The quality of these eyeshadows is amazing, sometimes it's hard to find well pigmented matte eyeshadows but these are the exception. They are also very creamy that when I first saw them I thought they were cream eyeshadows. They go very smooth and don't crease, I'm loving this palette :)

And since I use it everyday I thought about sharing a little FOTD. These are the products I used:

Hoy les presento mi paleta de sombras Urban Decay Naked Basics, actualmente mi favorita.
Contiene 6 sombras en colores neutros, 5 matte (Foxy, W.O.S, Naked 2, Faint y Crave) y 1 satinada (Venus) todas divinas.
El packaging es muy suave, parece aterciopelado al tacto, no es grande... debe tener el tamaño de un iphone lo que me sorprendió ya que esperaba algo más grande pero no desilucionó en lo absoluto, es un tamaño ideal para viajar y el espejo es enorme, del tamaño de toda la paleta.
La calidad de estas sombras es impresionante, me gustan mucho más que las de MAC. Lo que más me impresionó es que es que no es tan fácil encontrar sombras matte bien pigmentadas pero estas son la excepcion, la formula es muy cremosa, nada polvorosas, se agarran muy piel a la piel y la pigmentación es un sueño.
Y ya que uso esta paleta todos los días pensé en hacer un look del día (FOTD), los productos usados están detallados en la lista de arriba :)

Escucharon hablar de esta paleta? es medianamente nueva. Si están pensando en comprarla se las recomiendo, es excelente... yo dudé bastante pero gracias a dios me animé y la estoy disfrutando a full.

    Love the look. Very classy! I've been wanting this palette, mainly because everyone seem to like it, lol...but now the more I look at the swatches, the less I feel I need since I probably have something similar already.

      I'd say you can find similar colors in other palettes, what I doubt its the quality.. this matte eyeshadows are nothing like others.

    I love the look of this, have had my eye on it for ages because all the shades are so beautiful and matte! Looks amazing with the flick of liner, but I just can't being myself to buy it!

    Great post, the look really suits you.
    I always end up lingering over this in shops because it would be more convenient than carrying around my Naked Pallet but I just love the shimmer shades. Have you tried it?

    Ugh, I keep telling myself I don't need the NAKED Basics, since I already own the other two NAKED palettes, but every time I see a pretty post on it I get sucked in! I just love how compact it is, and how it can be thrown in your purse! Xox
