Happy Monday ladies! Today I'll be reviewing these
Victoria Secrets lippies that remind me a lot of my
Clinique Chubby Sticks... but are they the same?
Being used to wear the
Clinique Chubby Sticks I was expecting that these
Victoria Secrets Glossy Lip Tints Sheen ($9) are a bit pigmented and also nourishing and they did not dissapoint me at all.
These VS lippies are more moisturizing than any other chubby sticks I've tried before and more pigmented than the regular
Clinique Chubby Sticks. However, they are less pigmented than the
Clinique Chubby Sticks Intense, but definitely more nourising and they feel softer on the lips. They also have a beautiful non sticky glossy finish that makes my small lips look bigger without looking like a streetwalker.
Bourdoir Pink is shimmery milky nude with peach undertones. It's a perfect match for bold eye looks but I love to wear it in the mornings... I feel like it wakes up my lips if that makes any sense!
Knockout Red is a blue based red that is very bright and pigmented. I'd say this one is as pigmented as the
Clinique Chubby Sticks Intense but this one is definitely brighter and glossier. A gorgeous day time lipstick.
And I decided to leave the house with Knockout Red!
After leaving the house I found that the only con they have is that they don't last for too long. If you eat something they will be gone easily. But wait! there is another pro, these lipsticks are $9 each one but you can get 4 for $20 (including other make up products like blushes).
Overall I have to say I'm impressed! I love VS make up bags and clothes but I wasn't expecting too much of their make up products. I've also tried some blushes and lip glosses and they are lovely as well :)

Buen Lunes chicas! Hoy quería hacer la review de estos labiales de Victoria Secrets que me recuerdan tanto a los Chubby Sticks de Clinique... pero, son lo mismo?
Al estar acostumbrada a usar los de Clinique esperaba encontrarme con labiales super hidratantes y con algo de pigmentación y me alegra decir que no me desilucionaron en lo absoluto.
Estos Glossy Tint Lip Sheen de Victoria Secrets son mucho más hidratantes que cualquier chubby stick que haya probado antes y más pigmentados que los chubby sticks regulares. Si conocen la línea de chubby sticks Intense debo decir que los Intense son más pigmentados que los de Victoria Secrets pero estos siguen siendo más hidratantes y definitavemente se sienten más suaves en los labios.
También tienen un acabado glossy no pegajoso que hace que mis labios se vean más grandes sin parecer... la Pradón jajaja.
Bourdoir Pink es un color nude con tonos corales y shimmers muy sutiles. En inglés puse milky nude porque es exactamente así.. como lo diría en español? Nude lechoso? Bueno, así. Este color va perfecto con smokey eyes aunque yo amo usarlo a la mañana porque siento que me levanta la cara un poco.
Knockout Red es un rojo vibrante con tonos azules. Es muy pigmentado, muy glossy y no tiene shimmer. Una opción más arriesgada para las que se animan a salir así durante el día.
Y como verán en la foto, me animé a usar Knockout Red para salír a trabajar. Lamentablemente no duran mucho ya que no se adhieren tan bien a los labios... lo mismo me pasó con los chubby sticks de Clinique.
